The PS-450 Pitot-Static tester is a low-maintenance, digital tester that is fully portable. The PS-450 is powered by an internal rechargeable 12 volt battery, which enables the test set to be used completely independent of any external power source. A connector is provided for an external 12 volt DC power adapter (included).

The PS-450 incorporates the altitude, VSI, and airspeed in one single display. The PS-450 is designed and priced for non-RVSM markets, and includes two quick-connect hoses, 12 VDC power adapter, calibration certificate, and a limited 2-year warranty.

This product is ideal for performing simple go/no-go leak tests, as well as for general use as a low-end pitot-static tester. It only requires an annual calibration, and the sensors are technician-proof, which contributes to reduced annual maintenance costs.

The PS-450 is designed to be used by small to medium sized shops or mobile calibration shops. It contains electric and manual pumps. A technician has the option to use the electric pumps when close to a power source, or to conserve power by using the hand pumps when preforming leak checks on the aircraft.

The PS-450 tester is specifically designed and priced for non-RVSM use. Many times there is a need to do a 91.411 test at a remote location or hangar where there is no power source available. In these cases, the PS-450 test box is the ideal tool, due to its full portability and added redundancy.

Conducts Altitude tests up to 35,000 feet and is displayed in increments of 1-foot or 1-meter. The tester displays the Airspeed and in Knots as well as VSI – Vertical Speed Indicator

The price includes the test box, wall power adapter, two 20-foot hoses (about 6 meters) with connectors, and the manual. There are no test cables or other adapters included

Note: The PS-450 does NOT have the precision required to test RVSM altimeter systems.

Preston Pressure warrants its products against defects in workmanship and material under normal, intended use for a period of two years from the date of purchase. The batteries are warranted for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. Valves are warranted for a period of 180 days.

If you are not satisfied with the performance of the PS-450 pitot-static tester, you may return it for a full refund, if returned within 30 days.

Returned products must be in original condition (normal, minor wear is acceptable).
